Herriak Elkarlanean is a national non-profit, non-governmental development organization (NGDO), with registered company address at Andra Mari, 5 1 solairua, Gipuzkoa. It operates under the auspices of the Ministry for Employment and Social Affairs and is listed in the Ministry's registered Archive (No. 48/130). It is classed as a Private Charitable Welfare Foundation under Ministerial Order of 18 November 1992, published in the Official State Gazette (B.O.E.) of 11 December 1992) and bears Tax Identification Code number: Q2000454E.

2. WHAT IS THE HERRIAK ELKARLANEAN WEBSITE

This website, www.herriakelkarlanean.org, is an interactive site created by Herriak Elkarlanean to offer extended information on its services and to complement its promotional campaigns.

3.- OWNERSHIP OF THE WEBSITE AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE

The content of this website is made public under a Creative Commons 3.0 Unported Licence. It may be copied and transmitted for non-commercial purposes, provided the source is attributed. Any alteration, transformation or derivative of this work may be distributed only under an licence identical to this.

These conditions of use shall remain in force for such time as they remain unchanged on the website. Herriak Elkarlanean reserves the right to amend, alter or remove these conditions at any time, in which case all such changes must be updated on the website.

Herriak Elkarlanean accepts its legal obligations regarding the protection of personal data as set forth in the Personal Data Protection Act (Organic Law 15/1999) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, approving the implementing provisions of this law.

Herriak elkarlaneanadopts the levels of personal data protection security required under current legislation, installing for this purpose all such technical and organisational measures as may be necessary to prevent any loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access or other possible risk.

Personal data are made available only to such members of Herriak Elkarlanean as need to use them to perform their assigned tasks, such as for example, the public information area and the human resources department. If you provide us with data for the purposes of making a donation, becoming a member or for seeking information; your details will be entered in the file "SOCIOS Y COLABORADORES", or the file "AMIGOS DE HERRIAK ELKARLANEAN", for administrative purposes and/or for the purposes of informing you of any activities that may be of interest to you.

If you are interested in joining Herriak Elkarlanean and send us your CV by way of this website, your personal data will be included in the file "CURRICULA", for administration of the selection process.

All donations made via the website become effective upon the sending of an e-mail from Herriak Elkarlanean to the user's e-mail address acknowledging receipt and confirming the purchase made.

The card you use to make payment must issued by Spanish bank or savings bank or by a subsidiary of a financial institution with an establishment in Spain.
